Life is a verb . . .
How we spend our moments matters. A good moment for me is filled with purpose. It’s working together on something bigger than any of us could ever do alone.
My moments started in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was there that both I and my love of musical theatre were born. I don’t remember the exact origins of either, but regarding the latter, I am told that as a four-year-old I popped out of my seat at Popejoy Hall proclaiming, “I’m gonna be Gretl” when The Sound of Music was announced for the following season. And so I was.
My love of this art form and how I might contribute led me to Texas State University where I studied under Kaitlin Hopkins and earned a BFA in Musical Theatre.
Another interest? The British Royal Family who, in some respects I know better than my own because of all the information I consume. An offshoot of that research is a fledgling eBay business—“flipping” gem stones.
Bringing balance and richness to everything I do are my husband, Caleb, and blue point Siamese cat, Bentley.
